NeuroThera acquired all intellectual property from Photothera. Photothera was a California based company that raised over $100 Million for the development of technology for light-based treatments of the brain. They developed an extension IP portfolio and completed one of the largest clinical trails using photobiomodulation. Neurothera with the acquisition of Photothera’s IP as well as developing additional technology has very strong intellectual property in reference to using light (lasers and LEDs) for brain-related conditions.
